A war that started in Eldremar in which the people refuse to be ruled by the Dawnborn. The war is lead by Halamar Sylnorin, a high elf who claims to have fought and killed Cirral in single combat.
The war goes well for the rebels, who have sailed across the seas and taken the city of Lion’s Arch for themselves. Their attacks strike parallel with the Dragon Empire assault on their borders, putting the Dawnborn in a difficult position.
